Visible breathing valve, flame arrester is an indispensable safety equipment storage tanks. It can not only maintain the tank pressure balance, to ensure that the tank in the overpressure or vacuum when the rabbit was destroyed, and can reduce the volatile and loss of medium in the tank. |Installation and maintenance

1, In transported to the site, if not installed or after the factory overhaul, rainproof facilities should be stored in a warehouse. Respiratory valve products in the transportation shall not be inverted.
2, breathing valve common fault: leakage, card die, bond, jam, ice, rust, and positive pressure valve and vacuum valve normally open and so on. These faults some will make breathing valve to control pressure can not move, resulting in tank overpressure, which endangers the safety of the tank; some will make breathing valve lose effect, causing large and small breathing out to Pei gas evaporation loss, the oil quality under long, or aggravate the pollution to the atmosphere around the tank, increase regional risk factors.
3, in addition to routine inspection and maintenance of the respiratory valve, but also should be regularly carried out a comprehensive inspection and maintenance, generally the first and fourth quarter of the year two times a month, the two or three quarter of the month to check once. Inspection and maintenance of the main contents are:
1. Open the breathing valve cover, check for breathing valve within the valve plate, a valve seat, a guide rod, a guide hole, a spring etc. there is no rusting and fouling, and clean, if necessary with kerosene cleaning;
Check valve plate opening and closing is flexible, without card hysteresis phenomenon, valve disc and valve seat contact surface (sealing surface) is good, when necessary, remove the repair, the sealing surface of the material for nonferrous metal, using lubricating oil, abrasive grinding;
Check valve seal is intact, there is no frozen, blocked, should wipe off the dirt and dust on the Internet, to ensure the smooth flow of gas;
Check the gland liner is tight, should be replaced when necessary;
The bolt for gas protection.
The breathing valve products inside and outside of the housing surface paint shall annually besmear again again.
