Tubular filter backwash

|Product introduction

In refining industry, using automatic backwashing filter as pre-filter of hydrocracking, hydrogenation modification, hydro-treating and hydro-desulfurization equipment can avoid blockage of the catalyst bed effectively and reduce manual switching operation and filter cleaning to avoid unnecessary suspension, protect expensive catalyst and prolong operation cycle.
SS-2 tubular automatic backwashing filter uses standard carbon steel, stainless steel or coating crust.There are three kinds of cartridge: wire net cartridge, sintering net cartridge, fiber cartridge, and wedge cartridge.
1.Accuracy range of net cartridge is from 20 mesh to 3 um
2.Accuracy range of fiber cartridge is from 250 mesh to 1 um; Main material includes polypropylene, polyester, nylon and the bone is stainless steel perforated plate.
3.Accuracy range of wedge cartridge is from 500 mesh to 25 um, which is very appropriate for highly viscosity or abrasive slurries. The cartridge can stand high pressure and temperature difference.

1.Design of automatic backwashing, providing continuous filtration           without maintenance
2.During automatic backwash filter backwash process, the group can achieve a single set of filter backwash operation successively, so as not to affect the normal filtering.
3.Backwash filter uses pneumatic drain valve to short time of backwashing and reduce water consumption.
4.When backwashing filter is working normally, the fluid from the external medium enters the internal medium. Therefore impurities will be blocked out of the medium, which can be backwashed by water and gas. |Installation and maintenance

1, the core component of the precision filter is the filter of the filter, the filter is easy to damage the parts, need special protection.
2, the precision filter for a long time to work, will cut a certain amount of impurities, this will work when the rate decreased, so it must be cleaned regularly, but also to clean the filter.
3, in the cleaning process to pay special attention to the cleaning of the filter filter, do not deform or damage, otherwise it will lead to a reduction of filter precision, not to the production requirements.
4, if the filter is found to be deformed or damaged, must be replaced immediately.
5, some precision filter, can not be used repeatedly, such as bag filter, polypropylene filter, etc..
